These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Bell+, the Bell+ website, and related Bell+ services. Bell+ is provided by Ahmad Mahrous. By using Bell+, you agree to these terms and to any additional policies referenced here, including the Bell+ Privacy Policy.
TL;DR: Bell+ is a student-focused app for schedules, alerts, themes, and related features, with optional Bell+ Max subscriptions for extra benefits. Use it responsibly, do not try to break or misuse the service, and understand that some features depend on Apple services, school data, or other third-party providers.
By downloading, installing, opening, or using Bell+, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bell+ after changes are posted means you accept the updated version. You are obligated to review the terms before each launch of the app. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using Bell+, uninstall the app, and contact us to request deletion of your account and data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bell+ uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store distribution unless Apple or Bell+ provides different terms at the point of distribution. These Terms of Use do not replace Apple's Standard EULA where that license applies to your copy of the app.
You can review Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Bell+ is provided to help students and families access school schedule information and related tools.
Some Bell+ features may require Sign in with Apple or another supported account flow. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account details up to date.
If you are using Bell+ on behalf of a school, parent, guardian, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Bell+ is designed for students, but users under 13 should use Bell+ only with permission from a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians may contact Bell+ for help with account, data, support, or subscription questions involving a child.
Bell+ may offer Bell+ Max as an optional auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Bell+ Max may be available as monthly or yearly plans, with pricing, renewal period, trial availability, and other purchase details shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before you buy.
Bell+ may offer digital items, upgrades, icons, themes, coins, rewards, discounts, or other paid or unlockable features. All purchases and redemptions are subject to the terms shown at the point of sale, the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider, and any limits shown in Bell+.
Bell+ depends on school schedules, Apple platform features, and other third-party services in order to operate. Those services may have their own rules, availability limits, and terms.
Bell+, the Bell+ website, and their design, branding, text, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Ahmad Mahrous, unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the app or website content without permission, except as allowed by law.
If Bell+ allows you to send support messages, feedback, reports, or other content, you agree not to use those features to send spam, harassment, threats, unlawful material, or misleading reports.
We may moderate, limit, suspend, or remove content or access that we reasonably believe violates these terms or harms the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bell+ may suspend, terminate, restrict, remove, disable, or refuse access to any account, entitlement, device-linked access path, server-backed feature, support workflow, reward balance, digital item, subscription-linked benefit, or other Bell+ functionality at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or for no reason.
You may stop using Bell+ at any time. Removing the app from your device may remove local data stored on that device, but it does not automatically remove all server-side records.
If you have a dispute with Bell+, you agree to first contact Bell+ at bell@ahmad-mahrous.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled only on an individual basis through binding arbitration, not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You and Bell+ each waive the right to a jury trial for disputes covered by this section, to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not prevent either side from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court where permitted, seeking emergency injunctive relief where legally available, or using any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Bell+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always work without interruption, error, or delay.
School schedules, countdowns, notifications, widgets, Live Activities, and similar features are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or affected by school changes, device settings, network conditions, or third-party services.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bell+ or any related service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may revise these terms periodically. If the changes are significant, we may notify you through the app, website, or release notes.
The version posted on this page is the current version and replaces earlier versions.
